A longtime wrestling aficionado, Dan Powers (Daniel Meijer) may be recognizable to local fans as the one-time manager of former AAW champion Nero Santana. The two split shortly before AAW's move to Blam!TV, as Dan was offered the play-by-play position on the broadcast side; calling Dan, Ace, and the AAW organization "sellouts", Santana quit the promotion months before the production went live.

Dan, originally from Los Angeles, has had his hands in wrestling before, most notably as a crew member working on local productions, and has a background in liberal arts and education. Ace Alley Wrestling is his first regular broadcasting gig; prior to AAW, he considers his greatest achievement working on the Battle of Los Angeles behind the scenes, several years ago.
